“My dad got a birthday card signed by the office staff in April. On veterans day they delivered a certificate and flowers to him. I am very impressed. We have had different people come through our doors. Everyone that comes is excellent. They are very personable and caring. The schedulers are caring. If I ask for a respite care day they work hard to find coverage. If someone is running late, they let me know. If someone cancels they do their best to find a substitute.” — Nancy M.
